Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping:

• We currently ship within the UK only.

• Standard shipping: 3–5 working days.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns:

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at callanature@yahoo.com with your order number.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty.
